Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Highland Park/Highwood, six students at Highland Park High School were able to recently go on a trip to Northern Ireland.

The country dealt with immense conflict during The Troubles, which took from the 1960s until 1998, as Protestants fought with Catholics and those loyal to the United Kingdom fought with the Irish.

Now, the country is a growing location for tourism.
