There used to be a sketch on “Saturday Night Live” called the Chris Farley Show in which Chris Farley would pose as a nervous parody of himself interviewing celebrities with fascinating and storied careers, including Jeff Daniels, Martin Scorsese and Paul McCartney. The joke was, Farley was a terrible interviewer. Like, the worst.

He asked Paul McCartney “Do you remember when you were in the Beatles?”

When Sir Paul answered “Yes,” Farley replied “That was awesome,” with no follow up.
