After fundraising for the entire month of February, the Highland Park High School Student Senate revealed how much the community has raised during the school’s annual Charity Drive at a March 15 assembly — $153,675.

The beneficiary of the month-long fundraiser is Rainbows for All Children, an Evanston-based nonprofit dedicated to providing support for youth who are experiencing a loss, whether through deportation, death, divorce, deployment or a life-altering illness.
