Throughout the course of 2019, the City of Highland Park has been focused on celebrating its past. The year marks the sesquicentennial, or 150th anniversary since Highland Park was founded.

But, on Oct. 29, the City also took time to celebrate its future with the opening of Sesquicentennial Park and the official unveiling of a new sculpture, “Ingress,” which marks the City’s special anniversary.
