With the school year in full swing, students are facing piles of homework and looming exams. For some, this increased workload also means sweaty palms, rapid heart rate, and a flutter of racing thoughts, all signs of test anxiety. The physical, emotional and cognitive symptoms of test anxiety can cause students to suffer from self-doubt and difficulty concentrating.
