Most Highland Park residents will never meet Léo Vauclare, a 3-year-old boy living in Paris, France with his family. But they still felt compelled to support him.

When Léo was two, he was diagnosed with infantile neuroaxonal dystrophy (INAD), which has been described as Parkinson’s mixed with Alzheimer’s, but for kids.
