Carole Dibo felt that there was something special about Rachel Brosnahan when the Highland Park native first walked into her acting class “eleven or twelve years ago.”

“There’s a way that you can see when young actors listen when I’m talking, or if I’m giving them notes or adjustments that it’s more of a collaboration than a young person trying to decipher what I’m saying,” Dibo, the founder of the Actors Training Center (ATC) in Wilmette, said. “Rachel had that right away. She was very serious.”
