Once you step into Highland Park’s Chez Benoit Bistro, Christi and Benoit Fliou want you to imagine you’re in Paris for the night. 

The husband-and-wife duo opened the new bistro, located at 455 Central Ave. in the heart of downtown Highland Park, in late 2018.
