Pride and love were on display in Highwood over the weekend at the North Shore Pride Fest.

Cloudy skies and chilly weather didn’t stop families and friends from gathering for the sixth year on Saturday, June 2 at Everts Park in Highwood to kickoff Pride month. 

The North Shore Pride Fest featured a little bit of everything — a family-friendly picnic, a drag show, music and a pub crawl.
