The Death By Brisket Sandwich ($15) is a house-smoked brisket, sliced and piled high with bacon, a New York white cheddar and drizzled with the house “buffacue” sauce, the chef’s personal creation.
The Banana Bread Pudding is drizzled with a bourbon caramel sauce and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

When Delta Hotels opened in Glenview last April, it had a partner in crime starting up with it: Bourbon Kitchen and Tap.

The hotel restaurant, nestled in the northwest corner of the lobby, brings in both locals and hotel guests alike.
