Fantasy and fun took over downtown Highwood Oct. 6-8 during the 8th Annual Great Highwood Pumpkin Festival. Charlie Brown’s mythical Great Pumpkin, superheroes, zombies and spooky jack-o-lanterns were out in full force to entertain festival goers while benefitting Make-A-Wish Illinois, which benefits children and teens with life-threatening illnesses.
