The aloo tikki ($5.50) features a deep-fried mashed potato and green pea patty topped with Nepalese sauces.
The Himalayan goat masala ($14.95) is a fan favorite and uses fenugreek, cinnamon, tomatoes, coriander and bay leaves to enrich the flavor.

Himalayan Sherpa Kitchen hasn’t even been in Highwood for three months, but that hasn’t stopped the restaurant from combining a little bit of the old with a little of the new. 

When the restaurant opened in the same space that Curry Hut had operated in for 16 years, the new owners didn’t want to take away from what the previous proprietors had already built up and kept the Indian cuisine menu, while also adding a Nepalese flair to it.
