There has never been an instance in my life that I’ve deeply cared about sports.

Sure, I cried when the Cubs won the World Series — but that was because I was happy for my dad (a life-long fan) and I cry very easily.

It definitely wasn’t about my deep love of the game.

I remember watching the series with my family, as my parents, grandpa and brother yelled at the TV and thinking “How could anyone care so much about a game that they scream at the TV?”
