The City of Highland Park is planning more than $17 million of instrastructure improvements, according to a press release from the City.

Infrastrucutre is one of the City’s priorities laid out in its capital improvement plan (CIP). Parts of the plan are prioritized based on community feedback, health and life safety, age of infrastructure, economies of scale, functional deficiencies and the reduction of long-term costly repairs, according to the press release.
