Police were called to Highland Park City Hall tonight after a man whose idea was turned back by the CIty Council lashed out as he was leaving the building.

The man had hopes of moving a chiropractor office into the Ravinia Business District; however, he was informed by councilmembers that district is zoned for retail and was denied.

"We appreciate your enthusiasm, but my sense is this is a practice that might be of interest to people, but not necessarily in the first floor in the Ravinia Business District," Mayor Nancy Rotering said to the man and his wife.
